  1. We will respond to your message regarding a service quote only if you provide us with basic information such as: name and surname, e-mail address, company name, description of the expected service. If you do not provide this information, we will not respond to your message.

  1. Orders, notifications of modifications to the current service, corrections, etc. are accepted only via e-mail. If necessary, we will discuss the details by phone or during a video meeting, but ultimately each matter must be closed with an e-mail instruction.

  1. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in managing our communication, as:
    • we strive to respond to emails within 24 hours on business days;
    • we usually prepare the quote for new services within a few business days, but we may need more time depending on the stage of advancement;
    • the time of modification of current services is determined individually depending on the complexity;
    • urgent matters, corrections, removal of errors are conducted as quickly as possible;
    • in matters other than ordered services, we only respond to some e-mails (due to the large number of messages received);
    • acceptance or verification of orders in progress – the lack of response from the principal regarding the acceptance of the materials provided to them or failure to submit comments to us within the time specified in the regulations or the contract means consent to publication or, in certain cases, no publication by us (the content of the activities and the agreed prices of the works remain unchanged).

  1. We are an interactive agency; we organize 90% of meetings remotely.

  1. Prices for services are specified in our price lists and individual calculations. Price negotiations are not possible.

  1. Please provide your exact or estimated budget for the service, and we will help you define priorities and present a proposal for action. This significantly speeds up the preparation of the offer and saves time for both parties. We do not prepare a quote or calculation if you do not specify at least an approximate budget.

  1. Services are payable in advance (with the exception of orders for the construction of websites, in which at least 50% of the order value is paid in advance as an advance payment invoice).

  1. We begin cooperation after settling the pro forma invoice for the commencement of the first services.

  1. We only accept payments by bank transfer to the indicated bank account.

  1. We only work with entities registered as companies, associations or organizations. We do not provide services to private individuals without a registered business.
